Snooker legend Willie Thorne, the most capped player of all time, Peter Shilton, former World's Strongest Man, Geoff Capes, former Leicestershire wicket keeper, Paul Nixon and boxer turned film star, Joe Egan, will all take on the Eggheads on tonight's Celebrity Eggheads!

The team of sporting greats will have a challenge on their hands as they challenged the team of seasoned quiz champions, known as the 'Eggheads' in a bid to win the quiz show and gain valuable fundraising for their chosen charity.

Kicking off the fourth series of the popular Celebrity Eggheads show, this will surely be an interesting episode – full of laughs and hopefully, fundraising for the team's chosen charity.

The comedy sports panel show hosted by the football loving comedy genius that is James Corden will be back on our screens later this year. Peter is looking forward to seeing the hilarious comedian again after featuring on 'James Corden's World Cup Live' this summer, as he is always great fun to be around!

After the huge success of BBC's ‚'Strictly Come Dancing' launch night last Saturday 11th September, Peter will be starting his challenging training regime with the fantastic Erin Boag. With only 3 short weeks until the live shows kick off, Peter will be racking up as many hours as possible in the dance studio to ensure he stands the best chance of gaining the judges positive feedback, as well as good scores to help keep him in the competition!
